We keep things as simple as possible. First, we conduct an initial consultation to understand your specific needs and challenges and ensure we are the right fit for you (and vice versa). Based on this, we choose or source the best-suited EA support for your business and put together a proposal which will cover timeline, your EA support and investment. How do you handle data security and confidentiality?

At Simply Monday, data security and confidentiality are our top priorities. We use LastPass for secure password management and set up Microsoft 365 accounts for all client communications and file storage. Our contracts include non-disclosure (we are also happy to sign an NDA from your end) and data protection clauses. We also implement role-based access control and regular monitoring to ensure your data remains secure.

We ensure a seamless transition by thoroughly understanding the specific needs and requirements of your role through our consultation. Our experienced EAs are equipped to hit the ground running and Jacinda works alongside you and the intern EA to offer support. Three package rates are available for our virtual EA services depending on level of support needed - if these options do not suit your business we can create a tailored package for you.
