1. Discovery call - complimentary, 30 minutes
A quick conversation to understand where things are getting stuck. You'll walk away with at least one idea you can use straight away, whether we work together or not.
2. The audit session
I come to you. We spend 2–3 focused hours mapping your workflows, talking through your team structure, looking at your systems, and surfacing the friction you've stopped noticing. I'll have done my homework beforehand - so we get straight into it.
3. Your plan
Within a few days, you'll receive a clear, prioritised efficiency plan - quick wins, longer-term recommendations, and a 7-day check-in to make sure things are actually moving.
4. Implementation (if you need it)
If you want support making the changes happen, my team steps in. We build the systems, restructure the workflows, and embed the habits - so the improvement actually sticks.
